Methodology for identifying and solving places of frequent traffic accidents
Methodology for identifying and solving places of frequent traffic accidents
The methodology is the basis for a new approach to the accident scene in an effort to find out the primary cause of its occurrence. The basic principle of eliminating the causes of traffic accidents is to recognize the fact that traffic accidents are very often concentrated in certain limited places or sections of the road network, which we call "places of frequent traffic accidents" in order to fulfill the guideline criteria.
The methodology is primarily intended for state administration organizations interested in reducing the number of accidents on the road network.
