The methodology is primarily intended for the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of the Environment as an auxiliary tool for the effective allocation of support aimed at clean urban mobility. The methodology can be applied to all examined vehicle categories – passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, and buses. The results of this methodology will help achieve maximum effect in reducing environmental impacts, especially the carbon footprint. Furthermore, the methodology can be used by cities, regions, and businesses for the same purpose, to minimize the environmental impacts of their vehicle fleets. The methodology is and will continue to be used by researchers in follow-up projects and commercial assignments focused on environmental impacts in transport. The methodology is freely available to third parties.
