The aim of the methodology is to provide methodological guidance for the creation of the concept of anti-stress programs for public transport drivers and systemic measures aimed at reducing stress among public transport drivers. Create a curriculum of anti-stress courses for public transport drivers.

All this with the aim of:
- Raise the awareness of public transport drivers about the issue of stress.
- Increase the level of skills of drivers against public transport necessary to manage stressful situations.
- Get feedback from public transport drivers aimed at systemic changes at the company level.
- Provide public transport drivers with space for relaxation and relaxation.
