Road infrastructure is one of the most important objects created by mankind. Without it, it would not be possible to transport various types of goods, including basic foodstuffs, and to provide basic services, such as health services. So, the entire economy of human society rests on the road infrastructure, and without it we would certainly not be where we are as a human being today. Therefore, our primary task must be to keep the road network in a functional state, i.e. in a state where every place on the network is accessible from a different place.
