This document presents a methodological framework for the implementation of the Dialog prototype, which is one of the key outputs of the Post-Accident Care project, focused on supporting people affected by traffic accidents and changing the approach of professionals in helping professions. The information presented in the publication summarises data obtained from a series of in-depth interviews, analyses of foreign systems, exploratory and ideation workshops, and finally the testing phase of this prototype itself. The methodology provides a unified framework for the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of these meetings and also takes into account two complementary forms of support - community meetings and personal consultations, which enhance the effectiveness of the entire prototype.
