The community of road accident victims is an innovative meeting format that combines mutual support, sharing experiences, and building relationships with the opportunity to actively participate in collaborative work to improve the post-accident care system. The meetings are semi-work and informal events, alternating between sharing circles, teamwork on specific topics, and leisure or cultural activities. The community is not only a supportive space for those affected but also serves as an umbrella for their collective voice. It creates a natural point of contact for professional organizations, institutions, or policymakers who wish to incorporate the perspective of those affected, thus creating a metaphorical circle – a whole connecting feedback with practice and the system with the individual.
