As part of the project TE01020155 Center for the Development of Transport Systems (RODOS), funded by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, a result (type N - certified methodologies and procedures including specialized maps) No. TE01020155-2016V001 was planned as part of the work package PB5 "New models of financing transport infrastructure" "Legislative conditions for different types of charging in cities, regions, special zones, etc."

The aim of the presented methodology is

  • analysis of findings on the current state and perspectives of legislative conditions for
    different types of charging in cities, regions, special zones, etc.
  • designing a strategy and argumentative basis for the preparation of the legislative process.

As part of this methodology, foreign PPP projects in the field of transport construction were analyzed.
Charging will be based on the principle of direct payments by users to the owner of the charged part
road networks or its administrators.
