Currently, in school groups and other leisure facilities, the emphasis is on the personal development of the child and increasing safety within the framework of health and consideration for the environment. These facts are also enshrined in the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education1 (RVP ZV). In practice, transport education is carried out primarily within the framework of compulsory school attendance in individual educational areas - Man and his world, Man and society, Education for citizenship, Man and nature, Man and health or Information and communication technology. Although the RVP ZV is not a document that school clubs and leisure facilities have to fulfill by law, it is very often the case. The annual educational plan of school groups is often based on the RVP ZV and follows on from the school educational plan.
