This methodology establishes a unified procedure for assessing the suitability of locations intended for the installation of mobile hydrogen refueling stations (MHRS) from the perspective of fire protection (FP) and occupational health and safety (OHS). It is based on valid legislation, technical standards, and practical experience with MHRS operation in the Czech Republic. The document defines fundamental requirements for operational locations, including spatial, technical, and safety parameters, and provides guidance for their systematic evaluation. The aim of the methodology is to facilitate the planning, permitting, and operation process of MHRS, increase legal certainty, and support the development of hydrogen infrastructure through standardized and transparent procedures. The methodology is intended for professionally qualified persons, operators, designers, and public administration bodies.
