Methodology for measuring and evaluating communications in terms of noise load

This methodology was created with the state support of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic as part of the ALFA Program. www.tacr.cz The methodology presents instructions on how to measure, interpret and then evaluate the noise level of individual types of road surfaces so that the obtained results are independent of the composition and intensity of traffic on the given road as well as the nature of the immediate surroundings of the road itself. Individual technical aspects, measurement conditions, interpretation of obtained results are described, and possible sub-procedures and measurement and evaluation techniques are shown, including illustrative examples.
