The methodology is intended for road administrators at all levels (state, region, municipality) and serves as a guide on how to use the web portal accessible at: http://sledovanivozovek.vars.cz/.

The aim of the methodology is to introduce rules for the monitoring and analysis of new and already used technologies in the field of road maintenance and repair from a technical and economic point of view in practice.

The main part of the methodology contains a description of the web portal, instructions for its use and a description of the analytical and decision-making modules of the system. Furthermore, the rules for the selection of road sections for the purpose of long-term monitoring and the selection of monitored variable parameters for the creation of degradation models are presented here
