The Post-Accident Care Project (CZ.03.03.01/00/23_057/0004564) was created with the aim of improving the situation for everyone affected by a road accident – from victims and bereaved families to witnesses and perpetrators.
We developed solutions directly with those affected and representatives of helping professions. The result is an ecosystem of three interconnected tools:
- Dialogue – a facilitated meeting of professionals (emergency services, police, justice, insurance, social services, etc.) with people who have direct lived experience of a road accident.
- Community – an organized group of people with lived experience, which functions not only as a self-help network, but primarily as an expert panel for professionals.
- Guide – a service provided by a qualified professional (usually a social worker or crisis intervener) who has detailed knowledge of the post-accident care system.
The package also includes a Summary Document with the results and strategic progress achieved within the Post-Accident Care project.
